Shipping Coverage
We deliver all across Pakistan through our logistics partner, Leopards Courier Services, covering over 1,400 destinations nationwide.
Delivery Timelines: 3 to 5 working days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order on Leopards Courier’s website: www.leopardscod.com.
Returns & Failed Deliveries
- If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, two more delivery attempts will be made.
- If all attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us.
- Customers requesting a re-delivery will need to pay the shipping fee again.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
